  • You are free to end your therapy at any time. Best practice shows it is always best to have a ‘managed’ ending and some time to create proper closure.

  • I will issue an invoice at the end of each month and you can pay by bank transfer.

  • Existential therapy can help with many emotional, relational and mental health issues. It is particularly helpful in addressing the root causes of stress, depression, anxiety and identity. Together we explore questions around meaning, the human condition and how to live a fulfilling and happy life.

  • Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes long.

    Couples sessions are usually 90 minutes long.

    Whilst we can aim to meet consistently on a weekly basis, sessions can be scheduled according to your requirements.

    • Tell me what brings you to therapy and what you would like to achieve.

    • Ask me any questions you may have. and discuss logistics.
