Individual Therapy
Over 25 years, I have worked with clients from all kinds of life circumstances and many different ages, ethnicities, religious and socio-economic backgrounds and personal characteristics. Positive therapeutic outcomes are most likely when there is a good therapeutic relationship between client and therapist and I prioritise building this strong connection from the very outset.
Working at your pace, we get to know each whilst building trust, understanding and rapport. The relationship then acts as a foundation for the work so that you can bring whatever issues you need to explore to resolve your problems.
